The new Star Workshop opened its doors in November 2010 at the Drugstore Publicis. This restaurant located on the mezzanine of the Drugstore offers a unique dining concept modeled on an open kitchen to allow guests to enjoy the making and the know how of the Cooks. At Joel Robuchon Atelier , it is possible to choose between the countertop or table for total freedom with a rich menu of sixty references made to the minute, where the emphasis is on the seasonal product and market day. Seven years after the creation of the first workshop in Saint Germain des Pres, this second workshop in Paris welcomes guests in an elegant and friendly restaurant, animated by the loyal team of Joel Robuchon.
